My order got returned to you. What do I do?Updated 10 months ago

It happens sometimes that items get returned to us. This can have several reasons, but the most common one is an incorrect address.

You must enter the correct address upon checkout. This address is used 1 to 1 on the address label on the package.

  • If the package is being returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to the correct address, even if the order qualifies for free shipping. Please update your address here.
  • Is your package being returned because you’ve moved? Make sure you have a forwarding service set up with Canada Post. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to the correct address, even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
  • Somebody in your building rejected the package? Make sure everybody at your address knows the box is coming. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to the correct address, even if the order qualifies for free shipping.

If an item is returned to us, we’ll contact you about the next step. Some options are to have it shipped again to the correct address or accept a refund minus a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.
