Some of the records I ordered are not in stock. Will the rest ship?Updated 8 months ago

The short answer: no.

Due to the high pricing of shipping records (an average of about $18 per package), splitting an order in 2 shipments is only possible in exceptional cases.

If one or more records are not in stock, we will wait for the whole order to be complete before shipping.

So what are these exceptional cases? They're a little at our discretion, but we look at the actual cost to ship what we have on hand and the total of the order you placed. If only one of the records is backordered and there's no sign of it coming in anytime soon, we can opt for a 2-shipment order, where we ship what we have on hand right away and ship the last record when they come in.
