What is the status of my order?Updated a year ago
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the order. There will be a followup email on the day your order is being shipped. If there's an exception (when a record is backordered, for example), you will be notified as soon as we have information.
Generally, you'll see the shipment notification within 10 business days. If it's longer, please let us know and we'll look it up.
