When you place an order, we automatically send out an email with an order confirmation. Recently, we've seen a lot of customers use their AppleID to check out and with that comes identity protection. It's a great way for Apple to help you hide your email address but experience tells us that Apple is a little overzealous when it comes to relaying emails to their users.

We've had quite a few people reach out to us via our chat, asking why we haven't sent any communication. Rest assured: we have!
